The total stock levels of olive oil, with data until July 31, stood at 730,300 tonnes compared to the 885,100 tonnes registered in the month of June. In Spanish mills are stored 536,400 tonnes, while 193,900 tonnes are located in the packing plants, refineries and other operators.

According to the latest data from the CIA and Food Control (AICA), accessed by Mercacei, the production of olive oil in this campaign amounted to 1.775,8 million tons, representing an increase of 187.2% compared to the results obtained in the past campaign.
