The 18th Atlantic Food Show, Salimat 2014, to be held in parallel with the Galicia’s Green Week Exhibition from tomorrow until June 15, will in its Alinova area accommodate 50 innovative food products, including oil olive powder.
This area dedicated to innovation, which will be displayed during Salimat, will be a major showcase for exhibitors, allowing them to highlight their new products to both professionals of the industry and consumers. So in this space, about thirty companies will display exclusive products, some of which will be presented worldwide in the market for the first time in this Fair.
As the organizers have informed, among the olive sector, an olive oil powder will be presented, as well as other olive juices in spray or “bag in box”, a variety of “first day of harvest” EVOOs and other new brands.
Also many drinks will be displayed in this exhibition, including walnut or elderberry (bush) liquor; “mojito” rice pudding or tangerine creams; and green tea “brut” cider, the first sparkling wine produced in Galicia.
Gourmet preserves and crafts will also be present, being the visitors able to taste stuffed peppers with wild chanquete sauce and crab foie gras.Olive oil powder, one of the food innovations present in Salimat Food Show 2014,
