The fresh olive fruit variety Koroneiki that will give extra virgin olive oil, carefully selected and collected at their ideal ripeness, in compliance with all the necessary hygiene. Thus, the oil retains its full flavor, taste, and all the beneficial ingredients.
The oil produced has identity of origin because of the traceability system applied by the company, in addition to other security methods. In this way, using a single password lot number for each batch of olive oil, always known as the land from which came the oil, and the manufacturer who supplied the company.

Sons” company has won the 3rd place in the 2nd National Contest of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2007, held under the support of the Greek Ministry of Growth.
The company has represented Greece, after a request of the Greek Ministry of Growth, in the International Meeting Expoliva, taking place in Spain from the 15th until the 19th of May 2007.
“Protogerakis Emm. Sons” company works under the Food Quality Management System H.A.C.C.P. certified by the national organization ELOT 1416: 2000 (HACCP).
It has been certified by the institute “Bio Hellas” for biologically milling and standardization of olive oil treated procedures. It is also certified for the Greek origin of its product under the code EL. – 40 – 067.
