Delicate entry with green hazelnuts and fruity taste of kiwi, then herbs like rocket and Basilikum. Basically the green impression of fresh cut grass is the dominating impression. Slight pepper and Tomato tones as after taste and also some artichoke, long finish.
Harvest is generally started by the end of October in order to gain a high percentage of green olives. Traditional handpicking and pressing latest at 18:00 hrs the same day in a modern oil mill with continous cycle has been providing almost top quality oil.
Storage in Inox tanks and bottling in January.
