Innovating and Widespread Sharing
A number of new show highlights are planned for Sitevi 2015:
• Three new themes proposed by the R&D hub: plant breeding, resource preservation and connected production.
• A pavilion featuring grape varieties from France and around the world, with the French Vine and Wine Institute (Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin). Topics include: ancient and forgotten varieties and their advantages in terms of biodiversity and future growing (tastings in association with the International Union of Oenologists – UIOE) and tastings of varieties from seven European wine-growing regions including several designed to adapt to global warming.
• An Advice forum open to all producers: covering subjects such as asset management, accounting, marketing and design, insurance, finance, recruitment, etc.
• An outdoor demonstration zone (located between halls B1 and B5) for live demonstration of equipment.
This programme comes in addition to the host of other special events organised on the show (international meetings, hands-on workshops, technical talks, etc.), the 300 new products presented by exhibitors and the Innovation Awards.International benchmark trade event Sitevi,
