The Peruvian association Pro Olivo, incollaboration with the Cyted Programme and the National Council of Science and Technology (Concytec), will host from 25 to 26 September in Tacna (Peru) the International Innovation Forum in Olive Production Chain, in which leading industry experts from Peru, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil showed the latest developments and research in this field.

The purpose of this meeting is to update the knowledge of the various productive sectors of the olive tree and its derivatives, with emphasis on obtaining quality products and environmental protection and sharing experiences on transfer technologies to increase productivity and improve production processes of olive oil and table olives.
