Marinade for Grilling
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove minced garlic
Use marinade to baste and grill a variety of your favorite vegetables, extra-firm tofu, chicken, seafood or beef.
