For the tasting producers have to send three bottles of their best oils from the harvest 2014/15. One bottle will be reserved for photos, one for the preliminary tasting. Producers may contribute with more than one oil.
Interested parties will have to send the documents no later than February 15th.
An international jury will test the olive oils in a blind tasting and choose the best 200 olive oils. Each of the choosen producers will receive a certificate after the results have been published.
