The China Times (not our sister paper) notes that the takeover of Salov will add to Bright’s extensive product lines which cover dairy products, sugar, liquor, special foods and canned foodstuffs.

The move will place Bright Group well positioned to tap the expanding global olive oil market, with annual consumption reaching 2.3 million tons, especially with rapidly growing demand in China and India.
